Lying about getting in a fight with someone who had GSR clearly has a lot to do with being shotAs someone who thinks tory pulled that trigger I think he avoids that charge. I just haven’t seen anything concrete to where the jury will be like yea he 100% did it. It’s too many lies and holes in this mess from all parties involved.
Meg lied about things she didn’t even have to lie about and that might hurt her. Even though the lies have nothing to do with being shot constant lies can leave doubt in the their mind.

This is why I said the eyewitness account is the most important revelation in this whole case. It’s annoying as shyt to see all these dumbasses on here and on twitter in their feelings unable to use logic. There are a good amount of people in that jury who DONT GIVE A fukk about who Meg or Tory are, no emotional attachment. And the average persons thought process is the most unbiased perspective would be the independent witness.
It’s not so much about “the truth”, it’s about exposing lies. That’s reasonable doubt.

When you apply it to Kelsey it works in Tory’s favor too. The prosecution tried to play their interview with her and tried to establish that as fact. Then she came in court told a different story and of course she too lied or left out some things. So with that you can’t believe shyt she said on that recording they played or those texts. However the key thing is she exercised her right from self incrimination for a reason. You know she wasn’t lying when she did that. So what would she have to incriminate herself about?
