Multiple witnesses say he shot her including the victim. Gun residue on him. Gun found at the scene.

Don’t matter who was fukkin/fighting who cause he’s not even trying to claim self defense.

It's not about Meg being linked to 1 or 3 people.
According to Tory's defense team it's about Meg backdooring her supposed best friend and linking up with her best friend's at the time current/past partners (Her best friend publicly called Meg out for this)....which goes against her brand of women solidarity/empowerment

Tory's defense team are presenting a case that:
Meg's jealousy of Tory fukking with Kylie and her best friend led to Meg causing a scene at Kylie's house and eventually escorted out.
Meg was the only one from their party told to leave. Meg didn't want to leave without Tory. Tory ended up leaving with Meg, and her best friend.
Meg's nature of "stealing" her best friend's partners led to the shooting that night.

IDK, I'm not a attorney nor do I have a lot of knowledge in criminal law. I'm assuming the evidence against Tory being presented by the prosecution is damning if they are going this route. Again, just my assumption.

This is what I think happened. Meg and Tory were arguing. Kelsey jumped in. Tory said something that got Meg and Kelsey fighting. Somebody had a gun and it was a struggle. Someone shot at the ground. Busted meg feet up and nobody knows who shot cus they all shot had the gun at some point. Somebody took the shell casings and threw them everywhere. Then on some bitter shyt it escalated to Tory shot Meg. Whole bunch of lying in between and here we are. Meg takes the stand today so we are going to see.

Ultimately Tory is going to get off.

If I had to guess I’d go with this. There was a lot of anger in that car and at some point it’s clear everyone in the car touched the gun. No one is telling the truth.

I originally tuned in last night thinking she was just a reporter, but she isn't really. She did give details that other sources didn't, but it was from her own biased perspective.

For example, she revealed that they went through 5 witnesses yesterday alone, all cops and detectives and all had no credible evidence to contribute to the case. They didn't set up the crime scene properly so all evidence at the scene of the crime is now futile

The witnesses thing is interesting, but I don't know if the 2nd part is the bias towards the defense talking
