If Tory is found guilty there will tons of grounds for an appeal. This case is a mess and should be thrown out. Truthfully the first interview kelsey made that she later claimed she lied the whole way through shouldn't have been played for the jury either after she admitted it's false. That grounds right there to ask for an appeal.

He’s trying to sell $4.00 videos so he makes it his business to fan the flames of controversy, but in this point he was wrong. The person that wrote those lyrics already testified in court they wrote the song. The song was already permitted to evidence. It is then not a “shame” that both the defense and prosecution was able to further talk about the song. “lawyerfirworkers” made it seem like the song was just pulled off the internet and played in court devoid of kelsey confirming it’s her and the song already being in evidence. Furthermore this was only allowed because the defense tried to use the lyrics to their advantage so the prosecution was allowed to respond.
