I've noticed condos have gone down like you can find a 1bdm condo for like 500-550k but with the interest rates so high for example your mortgage payment with 10% down would still be 3,100 a month
while last year at this time your payment same scenario would only be 2,200
imagine paying 2,400 a month for a 1bdrm condo and in a year the landlord can jack it to whatever they wnat because no rent control
