If you google the guys name, you'll find he recently graduated from Sheridan College with a degree in plumbing (or something like that)

Dumb ass breh graduating with a sought-after trade that can make him clean money in the long run and still playing gang member on weekends :francis:

@MVike28
this is it

A PINEWOOD Gardens resident was remanded to prison yesterday after being arraigned on a murder charge in a fatal shooting outside a nightclub on Tonique Williams-Darling Highway last weekend.

#Kensworth Francis, 21, of Pigeon Plum Street, appeared before Magistrate Andrew Forbes accused of intentionally causing the death of Ashton Demeritte on December 13.

#Shortly after 1.30am on the day in question, Demeritte was reportedly sitting in a vehicle outside the nightclub when a man armed with a handgun approached and shot him before fleeing in a white vehicle.

#The victim was rushed to hospital where he later died.

#Francis has been charged with murder under Section 291 (1)(B) of the Penal Code.

#A charge under this section does not attract the discretionary death penalty if a conviction is reached at the end of trial.

#He was not allowed to enter a plea to the charge due to the nature of the offence.

#The case is to be forwarded to the Supreme Court through the presentation of a voluntary bill of indictment on January 28, 2016.

#Francis was remanded to the Department of Correctional Services, but he has the right to apply for bail at the Supreme Court.

#Though no attorney was present for his arraignment, the accused informed the judge that he had retained the firm of Munroe and Associates to defend him.

Let’s be honest
Most of the criminals in Canada come from good homes

Poverty narrative is overrated

Yup my parents raised me and my sister first in willowridge in the late 80s then scarborough I lived right behind a metro housing complex. Wasn't until my sister went to university that we moved into a "good area" in thornhill. I was a major slacker in HS that I had to go back for a fifth year. I was making like 17 a hour when I was 30 years old travelling 2.5 hours to and from work on the bus and I still never dabbled in crime. I'm 37 right now reporting directly to the VP of HR at the second biggest hospital network in the GTA. People who are waste are just waste. You could give them a million dollars and they'd still be a waste man .

Growing up in the GTA, it's wild seeing all of these guys causing trouble. A lot of the people causing trouble are from GTA who for the most part come from good homes. For example, there aren't many bad areas in Brampton and Sauga, but you see these guys ending up on the news. It's just a damn shame they throw their lives away when they had a decent start in life.
