Been in brampton for 60 minutes and I've already seen an accident on the 410/sandalwood, an accident by bovaird/Kennedy, and some idiot running a red light with kids in the backseat

I work on homes breh and we laugh about the price vs cost of homes all the time.

I see builds ground up and work on old home renovations too. the actual worth of a lot of these places is nowhere near their price. i can't logically in good faith buy anything in this city. I'm at the point where I don't want anything I don't build myself. the market is absurd.

realistically speaking, breaking down a garbage house and building a nice one that is say 3000-3500 square feet - how much will labour and supplies come up to? How long it take for you and your team to finish a house start to finish?

I remember driving in london UK with those small narrow roads ,roundabouts after roundabouts and mixed in with bikes...but didnt see any accident, no honking
