Contribute the additional income to your RRSPsof course but what can you do
We made iti got the job brehs
went into the zoom interview and they said no need to waste my time that they are offering me the job
let me get my six figure coli badge now
We made it
breh. Do you get a chance to make some real change in your org?
Yup I should
Well I’ve been doing it now I’m on the diversity and inclusion committee for my organization. We’ve been implementing new policies here and there. I already got HR to implement that if someone checks off that they are a minority, that a minority talent acquisition handles their file so that there is no unconscious bias
Don't know the exact pay till i get my letter to sign but i'll making between 30-50k more than i'm currently making
Congrats breh, more blessings!
Gonna cop that r5 or r6 now?
Breh here got suspended from his fire fighter job. He won't confirm or deny whether his vaccinated, he says that is a personal matter.
He basically saying to his employer I might be vaccinated or not, but you have no right to know.

I agree as well...I agree
I agree as well...
He also puts them in a difficult position because he did not technically deny being vaccinated, he won't give them attestation.
Imagine firing an employee being they won't give you their consent? what is the point of asking a consent if you'll terminate them if you don't like their answer?
Here is a tribunal decision form 2019 of a government worker that refused to submit his fitness to work assessment that his employer requested, the refused to give them his consent
"it would be difficult to imagine circumstances in which an employee could be disciplined for not granting consent as the very notion of consent would be undermined by any such conclusion. However, he noted that there may be administrative consequences to refusing consent, including being placed on leave, either paid or unpaid, depending on the circumstances" at para 242
2019 FPSLREB 89 (CanLII) | Burke v. Deputy Head (Department of National Defence) | CanLII
to me this is why doug ford didn't make it mandatory for health care workers. He leaves it up to the hospitals as years go on and workers are getting million dollar payouts government hands are clean
Damn he got a wife and 4 kidsIt's a long ass waiting list to get firefighter jobs
There's literally no end to the ppl waiting to get his job
IF he's vaccinated (obviously he isn't) , then he's an idiot to throw a job like that in the bushes for a moronic stand like this
He just passed the buck to the hospitals so that he won't be seen as the bad guy. Hospitals have their own HR policies and are not considered part of the Ontario Public Service.
