What's the pay
Don't know the exact pay till i get my letter to sign but i'll making between 30-50k more than i'm currently making
Nice..sometimes we leave a job to get a higher paying one, but going from one job to another can be a disastrous; and you quickly miss your old job back. It is all about the workplace culture, so many toxic workplaces.I'd be reporting directly to the VP of HR
The great thing is that it's the same organization, same department just another branch of HR. Literally will be working on the same floor (if i go in) that I was before. Just way way higher up. I didn't even interview for this job, literally last week Thursday I was approached if I was interested, on Tuesday met with one of the big wigs. I applied that same day original interview was scheduled for Monday, yesterday they changed it today and I went in and right away they told me no need to waste your time, they are offering me the position.

My main concern of taking a new role always relates to the workplace culture, you work in HR, so you could imagine the stuff Labour Relations deals with...smh,
With being "single" with no dependents, aren't you scared of being taxed out the wazoo?
