:wow:

The Nadal curse ! :blessed:

Beat him and you lose in the final. Ask Soderling what he thinks about beating Rafa at the French. Betting on Djoko to get a mononucleosis in a year or two :mjpls: :lolbron:

:russ:

Maybe with Rafa, Nole, Murray, Federer and Stan out a french player will win a major:troll:

I swear people are so ignorant

A one handed backhand gives the player WAY MORE agility when hitting the ball. It allows you to hit angles to throw your opponent off. You can hit winners on angles without that much physical movement

With a two handed backhand, you have to use alot more foot speed just to hit a winner. And apply alot more strength. Which is why two handed backhanders like Djokovic, Nadal, and Murray always look like they running endless laps on the court, to make up for their lack of angles on their shots
He was just explaining why coaches don't do that, I think he knows that already.
And if you take into account that except Federer, the Big 4 had a 2h backhand and Djoko and Nadal were the major players of the last 5 years, it's also logical that the youth wants to imitate them. I myself have a 1h backhand (though my consistency sucks on that strike) but every opponent I have faced the last few years had a 2h backhand (except one or two). :manny:
