The V-System made gimmicks out of what shoulda been core gameplan shyt. Why does Karin need a meter to unlock her most signature move? Why does Ryu get a scuffed parry? Why does Akuma need to be in V-Trigger to Raging Demon? Or Bison to be activated to do Psycho Crusher?
It was fukking dumb and kneecapped so many characters imo. It just made the game so much less fun to me.
I play Manon alot, imagine how much worse she'd be if her Medals depended on METER?!
