Raw ex lariat on a grounded opponent is unrealistic, and that combo is the only time you really see ex lariat on a grounded opponent so that scaling would be more likely than not

J. Fierce, Headbutt, EX Lariat, Lvl 3 should hurt a LOT, especially if you get a PC.

This creates a lot more checkmate situations for gief. A win's a win, he gotta take what he can get.

If he can get lvl 3 off any hit that's great. If it's just ex lariat
