I prefer PSA although their wait times can be ridiculous. PSA sells for more too.

I just have a free account. It's pretty easy to use their online submission form.
I do some subs with jewcer2k5 on the blowout forums too.
BGS 10s sell for the most, but personally, I would not pay a premium for it.
PSA 10s definitely sell for more than BGS 9.5s (high subs on non-rookie stuff is close, depending on the card), especially rookie cards. There's a WIDE disparity sometimes. The PSA Registry effect is real.
Saw a tip that Big 5 got Prizm so I went to my local one and found a full retail box and a full cello box. Picked up both with an extra 10% off. 
Only opened the retail box thus far but I pulled a Silver Morant and base Zion.

Overall, I don't think Panini is as bad as people say but their photography is fukking trash compared to Topps. They are lazy as fukk and/or cheap.
There still aren't any Anthony Davis cards in a Lakers uniform or Kawhi in a Clippers jersey (among others). It's fukking ridiculous.
