Am I correct, or off base on this?
I bought two of the Lamar color blasts back around June. I don't have a picture of just that one card, but it's the one in the top corner in the first picture below. It's a 2020 PSA 10. I got it for a little under $2,000. The link below is an auction that happened recently. The card(s) I have for the color blast are the same as the one below that went for $3,350, right?

I believe it is. Just surprised it went for almost double what I paid for both of mine.
I think I might pull the trigger on this one. I got rejected a few times, but I might go up to $11,000.

Definitely at least a few hundred thousand worth of boxes plus they apparently stole a box of singles too. Just one guy locking up the store with all that (which they definitely either advertised as having or had it out for sale at the store). Dude got zip-tied and tased while leaving.
I can't believe this hasn't happened more. I see so many bozos on Instagram flaunting the high end stuff they have with their exact whereabouts or letting people know where they'll be next. Just easy marks.

I doubt I get it for that. It went for $10,000 last fall. I don't want to go all in on Jackson, but if I got it for $11,000, I don't think that's terrible, but I don't know what I'm talking about.

Some of these Ebay sellers want to moon for some of these cards. I'm trying to buy a Lamar Kaboom PSA 10 (I have one already), and then want nearly twice what I paid for it back in June.

That's the risk with young guys who haven't done much. The price swings can be extreme and quick.

Yeah, I'm actually a little annoyed with my purchase, but whatever. I see the same card for nearly half as well.
I don't quite get how it says it's card #122, but there are others of his in different color jerseys and poses. I don't get how to determine the rarity and value difference.
Variations can be confusing. They're most popular in baseball and haven't caught on the same in football and basketball.
You gotta research which ones are the variations and the subtle differences. The Hurts one is easier because he's wearing different jerseys but sometimes it's as little as a slightly different pose or the front has the regular team logo or helmet.
