Im gonna buy a crib in Hollywood lol... I like it there, I have a spot in Tamarac too that I bought back in 2007.

At least you gotta plan. Ima stay where I'm at and buy me a place in the next 2 years but the way I'm saving, looks like my aim will be in a year or so instead. A house by 22/23 would be a big accomplishment
For sure, I bought my first place at 23. Atl has some cheap ass duplexes if you're about that passive income life check that out. Yes, one certainly needs money and/or a career (not a job) to thrive/survive in Miami.
The alternative is eating cat food, having a roommate or 5, or move way to the bottom i.e. Florida City/Homestead.
Perhaps if 2 million illegals were rounded up and sent back things would improve?
(So/No Carolina is more and more tempting everyday)
