Yo my wife and sister in law worked at TSA, you probably know them.I work for the same company I was working for when I left Miami which is TSA. Wherever there is an airport, I can just transfer to it. Difference between the two is my money stretch nicely here gas in the $1.70s, I stay in a 2/2 place for $650 meanwhile the 2/2 place I was staying in Miami I was paying $1200 a month for Philly cost of living wasn't too bad, I was also staying in a 2/2 paying $750 but that whole state & city tax bullshyt was raping me everything was so compact. Street parking, row houses, every street was a one way, I don't see how anyone could stay in Philly, shyt was like a miniature New York, made me feel claustrophobic when I'm not even claustrophobic

For sure, I bought my first place at 23. Atl has some cheap ass duplexes if you're about that passive income life check that out. I might hop on one of those to buy and rent out.
Because you're a young sister I'll put you up on gameI need more insight from you in the whole duplex as passive income thing..

Check game, This crib in the A Ashview Heights Home For Sale is 80 grand right? It has TWO units that are 2/2 on each side. You buy that with 10% down (about 7,900) rent them out (or section-8) for 650 each. Thats 1,300 a month. Now, your mortgage tax and insurance will be about 370 plus another 150-200 a month for the water bill. BUT you pocket almost 1,000 a month for nothing after the place is paid off you get the whole 1,300 Im working on getting a bunch of multi family properties myself. Hope that helps there is a lot more to it but that the gist of it.
There is a dulplex in North Miami for about 85k that needs some work but when done you can rent each side out for 950 a month Dont worry about the interest breh you can always refinance in creative ways. I just like to keep it simple. Check Jacksonville, they're giving them awayThat's not a bad idea. Doubt there's anything that cheap down here. But you gotta wait until the whole 80k is paid off tho. Won't the interest hurt over time on the loan? Unless you have near perfect credit.

tbh that's not bad, that's about on the normal on the cheapside in Houston, and Houston is known to be cheap.
