I went with one of my brehs back in the day from Miami (Folk Nation OG) up to J'ville cause he had a broad up there he wanted to scoop up for the weekend...Them nikkas is straight looney tune ass nikkas, that whole saga is the reason why I don't fukk with North FL at ALL when I come through to ya'lls state.

That's not a bad idea. Doubt there's anything that cheap down here. But you gotta wait until the whole 80k is paid off tho. Won't the interest hurt over time on the loan? Unless you have near perfect credit.

The key is to buy the property, sit on it and rent it out for a few years and then you make your money reselling it once the value goes up. There's a bunch of cheap properties, just need to be ready to put the work into it.
