The Wrap reports that Strong is in talks to play Doctor Sivana, a frequent foe of Shazam who first appeared opposite the superhero in the pages of Whiz Comics back in 1940.

Plot details are being kept tightly under wraps. The film is being directed by Annabelle: Creation helmer David F. Sandberg from a script written by Henry Gayden and Darren Lemke. Production on the project is expected to begin in February of next year.

Big fan. Rock N Rolla, Kickass, Kingsman, Revolver, Sherlock Holmes, he was the best thing about Green Lantern and his tour de force Body of Lies where he blew fukkin' Leonardo DiCaprio off the screen he's that nicca!
The only time he disappointed is when he did that AMC show. Shyt came off more like a play than a TV show. I was amped to watch but very disappointed afterward.
Oh those Budweiser Select commercials were kinda head scratching to. lol

Sure yall can name some Guy Ritiche joint or drama he was in

But in blockbusters and movies of the style this will be in (Green Lantern, Kick Ass, Sherlock Holmes, Kingsman, etc) he's been one note and boring. Playing himzelf

Why are you guys hell bent on casting anyone from that show, don't know if you notice but they ain't so little or in that age bracket no more. Bill is suppose to be 13 at most those dudes got to be 16 now and production ain't even underway
I think it's very likely WB will look into that direction. It's the closest they're going to find to a "big name" child actor plus the kid who plays Mike in Stranger Things was in It, which was distributed by WB as well.

Breh if this is suppose to be a franchise they aren't going to cast a dude that will be 17 during post production they are already looking sprouty on s2 of ST.. And they haven't gone for a big name shazam so why would they go for a big name kid (not that they even exist outside of tremblay)
