The fight was close either way anyone having a blowout needs to know a difference between controversial and robbery.

This was controversial....Sergio vs Cintron as a draw or Lara vs Williams is a robbery.

Can you honestly say with a straight face after the first 3 rounds Kovalev dominated? And after I watched it 3x the first was actually pretty close as was the 3rd. I think the emotion of Ward hitting the canvas swayed peoples' minds...I had it 7-5 Ward but have no issue with someone giving it to Kovalev.

yeah he was tryna pull some type of rjj/ray/ali type shyt......ward just aint that type of fighter.

but nikkas are sleeping on how good that jab was....god damn. but also ward didn't move his head as much. anytime boxer keeps getting hit by the same punch over n over he probably not moving his head enough like this.

I wont judge to harshly on his defense this time but if he have these same problems next time, hes probably just not the same fighter anymore. he should be able to beat kkkovaL more clear next time. we'll see.

he has to get his jab going some more. kovalev was just barely taking rounds away from ward with more workrate. ward was the boss in the ring but his movement was creating way too many dead gaps. kovalev was filling in his dead gaps too much. ward has to fill in his own dead gaps with his jab.

Yea i aint knocking him for showboating in general but he wasnt styling on Kov enough to be that happy

Went back and rewatched last night. I initially had it 116-111. But now i say 115-112. Kov won round 6 but you could tell that the body punches were taking a toll on him by the end of that round.

I never dropped my card either. I had it 114-113 for Andre Ward and gave him rounds 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12 over Sergey Kovalev
