I'd be willing to guess the rematch clause has an HBO stipulation...or close to it.
Ward is with Roc Nation and Jay Z had Beyonce sue Haymon and Roc Nation tried to poach his fighters so that's dead in the water of Ward being with PBC while his with RN.But Kovalev has an ironclad contract with HBO, doesn't he?
So if Haymon doesn't start working with HBO but Ward starts fighting under PBC.....then...how does....?

Lol @ Kov stans still whining about holding like Kovalev wasn't putting Ward in headlocks and underhooking his arms repeatedly in the clinch, Kathy Duva talking bout Ward having a future in MMA while Kov was out there looking like Randy Couture. If he uses Mackie Shilstone again anything is possible. His conditioning is what gave him the edge verse Kov. While Kov was tired towards the end of the fight, Ward wasn't. Just use RJJ as a blue print of what not to do, once you go up in weight don't come back down.
