Random but my PS5 controller froze up on me mid gameplay. 
I couldn't push any button in the middle of a game of 2k. The battery wasn't dead as I was in a party with my bros and I could speak with them and I could definitely hear them. This lasted for about a minute and a half. I have no idea what that was about. Anyone else experience this?

I called customer service for my in-store pickup and the machine told me it's on it's way.
So I guess I have to wait.
My shyt doesn't say it's unavailable at my store. My bar is still green.
