I thought about it buy Devil May Cry 5 on PS5 version. Is there a difference between PS4 and PS5 version, graphic wise, what about dualsense powdered haptic feedback on PS5?

Yeah, the ps5 version has 120fps or fidelity mode-ray tracing, and it does have good dualsense suppport. For example you can Rev up your sword as Nero

It has to be pretty cheap by now
