Always go DJI... They are above and beyond any other drone maker
Oh fasho. I think DJI is the best for beginner and casual users, even though their products are on the higher end. They're user friendly too. My cousin is a professional photographer and he got me into drones, he makes his own, though. He uses a GoPro camera and makes his own FPV drone rigs.

someone is selling one of these locally on reddit. i probably could've benefited from it on my san diego trip this past weekend. went out for a walk and only took my 20mm, when a lot of the shots I got would've benefited from a 50mm or more (couldn't get close enough to the animals without them running off).

shooting outside is something I'm not good at it. I just throw that ish in av mode cross my fingers and hope for the best

Couple options. ND filter and flash.
400(preferably 600 watt) off camera flash with HSS (or use an ND filter).

Get yourself a scrim and some sand bags to block the sun.

Find some shade.
