finally upgraded from the A73 to the A7R5. 61mp is overkill for most of my work, but with storage prices coming down and the ability to shoot at 26mp I figured it would be nice to not need to rent a body for high res product work and it’ll pay for itself pretty quick.

So doing Dubai, uganda, rwanda and kenya

leaving may 25th.

Just going to bring my r7 with the 70-200. Lets just say going to africa ain't cheap and already way over budget.

Might do gorilla trekking if I want to come up with the two grand but might just settle for a cheap day safari in kenya :mjcry:

Gonna add a RF16mm f/2.8 STM to the bag.

Also, mentioned earlier jumping into astrophotography, seen this at the show. All in one unit with no extra devices needed, locates and captures all by itself with app and pc support. Looking at the incredibly high prices of telescopes and pieces that are needed, the Seestar S50 works for me at $399

can't wait to see what you snap out there

tried out the 50 1.2 GM this weekend along with a7iv; not a fan of 50mm so much these days but damn was it smooth.
