Just ordered a black magic 6k pro.
Gonna be a b-cam for my 2 Red Komodo's and for behind the scenes work.
Now I finally have the excuse to dive into Davinci Resolve head first.

Anyone here print out their photos for room decoration? Should I do canvas or frames pics? I'm renting a spot, so I figure I can plug up the drill holes once I move out.

Yeah we do and do the frames. You don't even need to drill holes, just use the 3M command strips.

maaaaaan I used these to hang a Jimi Hendrix poster with a wooden frame i had, and that shyt fell clean off my wall after 3 days. broke the damn frame and chipped the baseboard
Black magic 6k pro arrived.
Image is amazing and the internal ND filters is a huge convenience over my Matte box set up on my Komodo’s. The screen it has is awesome and the UI is top of the line. Probably the easiest system out of the box I’ve used.
One HUGE gripe about the black magic is that it is the most uncomfortable camera I have ever held. Ergonomics are completely non-existent on this thing and the weight balance is abismal. With no lens on it, it tilts forward. It’s border line embarrassing design wise how front heavy this thing is. Throw ANY lens on it and it will not sit flat on any surface.

ordered a 42" ez glow from adorama (via amazon). adorama send me the 34" instead.
I contact them to get the right one, they tell me i gotta send this one back then reorder for whatever reason they cant just send out the correct one when they get the wrong one. I call them this morning after getting confirmation that they got the wrong one and the customer service person just a bumbling idiot. I had to just reorder this shyt again, hopefully they don't fukk up again. bout to get on they ass about free expedited shipping or something.
