Had no idea but I’m a use it as an excuse to buy this 35mm lens and put aside a few dollars just in case this new Panasonic S5 comes in at $1,000.
Wait, i just realized something. Shouldn't this thread be in the 'Film Room' section?
Photography is universal. Name a section that doesn't have photos
But jokes aside, there's a lot of technical photography and gear discussion that goes on in this thread along with people showing work.
If there was a Filmmaking/Cinematography thread then I'd say that would be perfect in the Film Room.

How does this dude get such crisp looking pictures at night? I know long exposure helps but anything else?
Normally night shots would be long exposure but I don't think so in his case as you can't see any motion blur on people moving. Some of it depends on what he's shooting with, the low light capabilities of the camera and lens setup. Could be high-iso, ran through a noise filter, then on top of that they are resized for IG which I think is 1080 resolution. There is probably some post processing to those photos, might be a filter, action, or just messing with the right photo adjustments. Nice shots he got.

Technique and edit. He's probably exposing properly then getting rid of some of the noise. they are still a little noisy, but its less noticeable on a phone screen.
most likely just cranking that ISO up into the 6400-8000 range and using noise reduction. You can see all the noise in the sky in this photo.
