i'm a honda/acura dude. but i respect lexus. that damn IS300 been on my radar ever since i seen one riced all the way out when i lived by VA beach back in the early 2000's. :ohlawd:

is250c is a cool as car breh.

Same here, had numerous Honda's, been a fan of the NSX and Integra's since way back. Working in the tuner show scene the amount of IS3's that was done up was crazy.

Thanks, always loved retractable hardtops and Lexus did a nice job with it.

:salute: I remember I had a built del Sol that was ridiculously fast around the track. I remember wanting an Integra R Type so bad when they dropped, came in white with the white wheels. Prelude was always cold, I was a fan of the 93-95 era, and the 91 SI units with 4-wheel steering. The last ones, SH units were pretty slick, wasn't a fan of the box headlights though. When Honda came with the S2000 it was over, dealers was waxing for them at 1st.

I noticed out there the tuner car scene was deep!!! I remember I went to Extreme AutoFest San Diego, I'll post the pics if I can find them, it was a gang of Skyline's lined up like a group meet at the show. I mean everything was out there, Lexani had wrapped SUV's, motorcycle booths, etc. Honestly I seriously did not want to come back home after that. Weather was perfect, damn near every female that was just attending the show, was model material. I was with my photog crew, we stopped randoms and just started posing them, boyfriends all hype cause they females was getting camera attention. My head was on swivel.

Vida Guerra :rickchappelle:

When she came into the show area, all I saw was 2 NFL size dudes in front of her leading her to the model booth. Whole gang of cats following. She was dime piece all the way in person, curves like crazy, cool as fukk too, I asked her when she was done signing autographs I wanted to get some shots in, she said sure.

These are from DUB Magazine car show in Chicago back in '05, ImportFX was my website back then when I did car show coverage. Car shots if I had enough light I would shoot high ISO otherwise use my tripod. Model shots were with my external flash on a moveable arm. Vida Guerra was guest model at the show, I was able to pull her aside for pics in and out of vehicles, crowd followed her everywhere too. Over the years I had gotten to know most of the regular traveling models that I could grab aside for a mini-shoot at the show.

Thanks! All the cars shows were pretty fun to shoot, they were work though. I usually had 2 - 4 photographers working with me, we would get to the show early and shoot all the cars without the crowd, we would each grab a section. Once that was done, it was models and stage shows.

Vida had the biggest following of anybody, including Dazza (last pic of the 2 ladies, on the left) who was a major name in Lowrider Magazine for years.

I would like to get back into it, it was a lot of fun and a great experience.
