Just to chime in...
I have been shooting with a 35mm on the A6000 for years now. Before I got that, my first prime lens was the 50mm. It really depends on what you are going to be shooting the most of. IMO, the 35mm is more versatile on a crop sensor. For street shots, or just gatherings/events indoors, the 35mm gets the job done cause you can get closer for portraits and if more people hop in a pic at a gathering, you don't have to back up nearly as much with it compared to the 50mm.
If you're doing mostly portrait stuff, the 50mm is better. The 50 gives you more depth of field at f1.8 because it's a longer focal length. Just my 2 cents
