Are they paying you to take shots yet? I was thinking of going on IG to find models so I can get practice doing portraits

I get paid to shoot broads on ocassion. a lot of time they are friends so i just have them drive me around and buy me food. random IG hoes, i dont hit up any more, but its easy to slide into DM's. just be careful that the broad doesnt have too many followers cuz them be the ones trying to get money for shooting, sometimes, which I cant get fown with

this one time i shot the one broad who had a "manager" her "manager" who was really her boyfriend was charging other brehs for shoots and charging them to post their pics on her IG because she had 17k followers

I've had some pay me for portfolio work, I've paid a traveling model that came to my area. IG is a good place to find them, you shoot one, they most likely know a few other friends that want the same.

I sent my camera and lens in for repair. $900 for the pair. Camera body was cracked and autofocus wouldnt work properly. The lens was loose all over, but still performed pretty good.

Was wondering why I hadn't seen you pop up in my IG feed.

Lol I got stuff that Im working on. But Im one of those people that has to be told to post on social media. If someone doesn't make mention of IG or something I'm kinda detached from it. I have 3 weddings I finished at the end of the year, I'll drop some of those this week.

Nah, not yet. It's a 5D Mark 2. They want 600 just for the camera. That sounds like a down payment on a Mark 4. The lens I'm going to pay for and get back asap.

Damn! Yea I can see that 600 going towards a new model. Truth be told I was looking to add a FF body this year, I was looking at the used 5D Mark 2 or 3 depending on price.
