What iso and shutter speed do you guys use for photos in motion.
Depends on if you want to freeze the motion or if you want to see it. also depends on how much light is available..if you want to freeze if 1/250 should be good enough. now if you want the motion the it depends on how fast they are moving, I would go for 1/50 anything less and you might blur everything (depending on if you have IS and how good you are handheld).

now if there is a lot of light and you cant get a slow shutter then you can drop your iso to 100 and increase your aperture (or shrink it) do pretty much what you have to to slow the shutter to a speed you can shoot at at without a tripod.

Also if you are using a flash you can try rear curtain sync with a slower shutter than 1/50....I've never used it, but im guessing it should work just knowing how they work..you can try and see the results
