Somebody put me onto tumblr, just made one, but it's empty, dont know how to move on there
Depends on what you want to use it for breh. It's a lot of html coding involved if you want to edit and modify a theme to your liking. You should look at some people's photography pages to see which kind of style you want to run with as well.

I've been into photography for a little while now. I'm still learning. While deployed, I was designated to be the "camera guy" so it was the perfect time to practice. Especially with landscape shots. I'm still learning but here's a few from Afghanistan.

I have a Canon Rebel

I have a Canon Rebel t3, I need to upgrade soon.
I would recommend whatever camera you do get, try to get a prime lens with it or soon after. They will be sharper, but you will lose the flexibility of a zoom. If you stay with canon the 50mm 1.8 will give you pretty good results for $100 and will be good in low light situations. Im looking to get one myself probably the 1.4, but yes upgrade that T3, I started with that one about a year ago, upgraded about 6 months back, but havent really been out shooting like I want to, but the bump in MP will do you good.

For shots in the sun underexpose them about a half a stop to a full stop. Try it, and see how you like the results

Thanks, I'll look into that. I was located Kansas with the Army but now I'm in GA. Better city like scenery here.

Will do, over there I was just shooting. Didn't know what the hell I was going when it came to manual settings, lol.
