Them bots will make you complacent after a while. I used them to get the first level on the battle pass and then did a normal match. What were walkover victories turned into some effort and cussing

The game can tell if it's a server crash. Apex legends does this already.

• Rarely, a player can be disconnected from matchmaking after loading the map but before the gameplay starts. This also results in a short temporary matchmaking ban.
• Rarely, players can be “dropped” mid-match and are stuck on a loading screen until the match ends.
• Players can be kicked from matchmaking with a “Leaving…” notification as soon as the lobby is full.

Now on the official 343 forums, they’ve also said that the only, and i mean only way you will not get a temp ban from quitting is if you leave after half your team has quit. They can tell if its an issue with the game but the way the system is set up it still auto bans.

its an automated system, doesn’t matter if the server fukked up, you get a temp ban for any disconnect.

i have emails with 343 halo support after the season 7 debacle that was kicking players and banning them as the match loads. They were aware and acknowledged this. Thats why 343 gave out free season points to everybody as an apology.

It seems like you have to squad up in this. I've been trying to lone wolf it and keep getting washed because people don't play the objective. Nobody escorts the flag carrier. I think I've only successfully delivered 2x lmao. And nobody protects the base or coordinates an attack on the opponents. shyt is infuriating and wouldn't be a big deal if I could just select slayer or some F4A equivalent. I haven't touched ranked yet though so maybe things are better there.
