In the modern NFL you need a good QB and a Head Coach to be serious playoff contenders. With one or the other, you can at least be respectable and a borderline playoff team.

We arguably have the worst QB and Head Coach in the league.

The thing is, this doesn't require some big ass revamping of the entire roster to be competitive. There's a bunch of flawed ass rosters that are playing competitive/competent football weekly. Mark Davis dumb ass sitting there with his fukked up haircut watching his team atrophy and he's not doing shyt. I hate it here.

This team feels as hopeless and rudderless as the 07-09 JaMarcus years where the offense was horrible, but the defense would just do enough to pull some games out their ass.

The offense wasn't really the problem last year and now McDaniels has managed to make it one of the worst units in the NFL. McDaniels is a real stubborn and arrogant SOB too. His offense is going to run his way regardless if it's successful or not.

Jimmy G isn't the guy to run this offense and it shows. He looks lost and doesn't know what he's seeing.

The move Mark should have made was to let Rich Bisaccia and Carr run it back last year and blow it up if it failed.

Luckily for McDaniels the Giants are up next week, but the Raiders may fukk around and lose to a team that won't let their QB throw to a WR
