Problem is McDaniels doesn't have the job security to tank and keep his job, and the team is too talented offensively to be bad enough to get Caleb. So they going to have to juggle between being competitive and "retooling" the team.

They going to have to hit on these draft picks.

This off season is going to be terrible and the season even worse. I’ve never been this disappointed with the raiders. I might not even watch

Now the Raiders need 2 Quarterbacks Now. Unbelievable. Lol. Jimmy G is a Downgrade from Carr. He'll be injured by Week 4. McDaniels & Zielger gotta win this year or They Asses is getting fired(Hopefully). Raiders Front office is a Disaster!!!

That's a fair deal. Very team friendly. More than enough cap space to get impact players on defense.

Raiders can win games with Jimmy. I don't get the hate. He is accurate, teammates love him, and the teams he plays for generally win a lot of games. Cheaper than our last QB, less of a bytch than our last QB, and probably understands the offense better than our last QB.

Not saying he is the answer, but its a step in the right direction after the front office kept rewarding mediocrity from the QB for the last 9 years.

I'm interested to see what our next moves will be. Do we have any shot at drafting Jalen Carter?
