NO... they delayed this and iron fist for DD season 2..
the original plan was one season of each before they meet..
not season 2 of DD and work on punisher

but wasn't it luke cage after iron fist? he got moved up because of his response in JJ

original timeline:
DD, JJ, IF, LC then defenders
new timeline
DD, JJ, DD2, LC, IF, P, (maybe DD3 and JJ2) then defenders

Nah, the worse actor was that kid Chico, lol. Ionno how some of ya'll find Shades acting bad. Same with Mariah or Diamondback, as I've read some folks say here and elsewhere, yet moreso I've read from critics that they were among the best, to which I agree. I think some of ya'll confuse ya'lls possible dislike of how a character is written to be played and attribute that to the fault of the actor as "bad acting".

The Chico kid could could actually act had had a believable character. Shades just seems so out of place its not even funny. Plus he has literally the exact same vocal inflections and facial expressions in every scene. Dude sucks as an actor especially when compared to great actors like cottonmouth, pop, and even the police folk. Dude needs to get murked already.

They killed off Cottonmouth way too quick for me, and the sibling hate thing with Diamondback didn't work for me.

Seems like marvel was skimping on the budget with the fight scenes.
