The Truth
Im on 3rd episode

I like it but it's definitely a slow burn and not a big fan of the flashy martial arts, tai chi looking shyt that seems to be in slomotion.

I hear it picks up though, so I will keep watching but it is much less entertaining than all the other shows. Maybe because I haven't really caught up with "The Hand" and the Villians are dry as fukk unlike Cottonmouth, Kilgrave, Kingpin, etc...

Also Danny using his power only once and they seem to be too focused on Meachums dry ass family

Asian chick would get the business though.

If you think you're lonely now, ohhh girl...
Random ass and utterly meaningless thoughts:

*His fighting ability is so inconsistent in this show. Sometimes, he's unfukkwithable and other times it's a life and death struggle versus jobbers. :wow:

People talk about the fight choreography in Jones and Cage, but it's consistent. They're too powerful for some random jobbers to be able to fukk with them.

*Finn was a miscast. He's just bland.

* I'm on episode 10. I don't think this show is god awful. I do think it's the worst and slowest Marvel show by a good margin out of the Netflix shows. It's like a 5.5 or 5.75/10. I think Jessica Jones is easily the best Marvel show. Cage is second (though I'm not a huge fan of Colter). DD third and this shyt last. I like Daredevil a lot less than other people because it's the show that's most trope filled with comic book fodder. Good versus evil, justice versus vigilantism, friends and a secret identity, and so on.

It wasn't needed for 13 damn episodes. It is not interesting or engaging to watch. You simply end up with a one-note and dry character. That's why Kilgrave was the star and most interesting part of the show as opposed to the titular character. He actually some personality and energy. It was the same with Cottonmouth and Cage. The same with Rand and Madame Gao.

I was so PISSED that cottonmouth didn't make it through the entire season. I thought he was the most interesting character on luke cage.

is there anyway that netflix declines to renew iron fist for a second season? that would be unprecedented for a marvel show on netflix. I know that they already filmed the defenders with him in it.

I doubt it. If anything, they'll just switch out showrunners, which would make a big difference.
