I'm a just say this I cannot muster up the energy to watch another episode of Iron Fist and I'm already like 8 episodes in. This has to be the worst entry in the Netflix Marvel series. This shyt is so bland like chicken w/o the seasoning. The only good thing is the recurring characters from Daredevil.

i'm on episode 5. it's boring, i don't really know or care what's happening... but for some reason it's going down easy. Both seasons of Daredevil were a fukkin slog. I'd watch Danny and the Meachums 100 times again before Murdock, Foggy and whatsherface. those scenes in DD are underrated excruciatingly shytty. the other 2 shows became slogs as well for the last few episodes, but so far, i don't feel like i'm losing a day of my life watching this.

They really rushed this. Finn has zero physical presence. Looks like he just spent the weekend guzzling beer with his bros in dive bars. And his one track mind and childish demeanor were tiresome. There was ZERO nuance to his character. 15 years and those monks didn't beat any wisdom and maturity into his ass? When he won fights you knew is was plot no jutsu at work. Davos was too focused to lose to a clown like the character Finn is portraying Iron Fist to be.

i have no doubt i missed the explanation, but why isn't dude just using the fukkin iron fist at all times? discipline? can't control it? bad writing?

I think Loras had a good audition and they quickly realized that he wasn't gonna be able to do the martial arts shyt he signed up for, but they couldn't pull out so that's why it looks the way it does. only explanation.

This mu fukka dipped after he attained it. :mjlol: :dead:

The gates only open so many years (15 years?) and I guess once he became IF the gates opened. I don't even remember if they mentioned it, but that's what I took from the series.

Still a shytty origins plot. At least give him half training with the IF.

i can kinda enjoy this in the moment, but as soon as an episode ends all i can think about is the baffling direction they took this. only 5 in, but i already know there isn't gonna be much yellow glowing fist, and definitely no Batman Begins training shyt. the shots of him meditating in the mountains looks like terrible greenscreen, so that might not be a bad thing. what a weird show. even the way characters meet on this show is pretty cheap and convenient.

He can't use it all the time because the move drains his chi. He's gotta wait and reload for a while before he uses it again.

The Truth
Its the the the Coli so people love to complain.

All the shows were good, but this was honestly the worst one...

But it still wasn't bad. Just too much bullshyt with the Meachums, Not enough shyt with The Hand and the dope villains from DD, along with HIS fight Choreography being on some tai chi instead of just kung fu. I see what they say, some fights do look like they were choreographed 15 minutes ahead of time and dude barely uses his powers...

But its still not bad. Just decent
