The Official Netflix Marvel's "Iron Fist" Thread

I'm re-watching Luke Cage ep.1 right now and they really are polar opposites. Cage pops from damn near the first shot. Engaging characters, incredible soundtrack and Mahershala The Gawd warming up for his Oscar.

By comparison, Iron Fist retrod a bunch of stuff we'd seen in Daredevil Season 1 with the paper-trails, The Hand and assorted kung-fu treachery. shyt - he's the third rich White male character to have travelled out East and come back a superhero.

It felt like it's an adequate first season, but they needed to have the stoy feed into The Defenders.

I'm also guessing that it's possible that the guy who plays Danny had the best audition chemistry with Mike Colter, because there didn't feel like aan overriding reason to cast him in this.

Tournament Of The Immortal Weapons in Season 2 or GTFO.

I'm 3 episodes in. It's not bad per se. There's just absolutely nothing remarkable about it. The fight scenes, the characters, the music, the plot, the dialogue....

They keep hyping up the hand like theyre these powerful well trained assassins but all they are is the foot minus Shredder...These nikkas getting their asses kicked by females with no powers...Even Luke Cage broad Claire given them that work...


Best thing about this show is that Asian chick ass...

Not feeling the first ep too tough. The action isn't great, the story ain't that compelling and the product placement is a distraction. Love the music and wnt to see how Rza did so i'll continue to watch...
