Frst episode feels CW-y and the writing was C level, but I'm going to keep watching for easter eggs and universe continuity......and fights

I hate to say this but Iron Fist is not a good show.

1. The acting is sub-par, Finn is not a good actor and the only time I enjoyed anything was when characters like Claire Temple (night nurse), Madam Goa (Daredevil), and the lawyer from Jessica Jones appeared.
2. The fighting scenes were terrible. Finn looked awkward as hell in every fight sequence and it felt like I was watching a 70s Kung Fu flick without any of the charisma. Swords, Ninjas and nunchucks in 2017 brehs

3. It's painfully obvious that Netflix is rushing these shows in order to coincide with Infinity Wars which is why the quality is steady suffering because of it.
4. Finn Jones was a miscast in my opinion. Dude is very unlikable and I wouldn't care if he died to be honest.

5. I don't know if Netflix is making these shows on a shoestring budget and is unable to secure decent actors, writers and directors, but now I'm worried about The Defenders.

Marvel takes its first L

It was bound to happen.

After the success of the first 3 shows there no excuses. Budget or otherwise. These muthafukkas should've known what they were getting into when they decided early on to make Iron Fist past of the defenders. There should have been a plan in place. To combat the characters history of racist cultural appropriation. To include more of the mystical elements without coming off cheap and cutting corners. To cast someone who actually LOOKS like they can fight.


This show is mediocre, which means compared to the other Marvel Netflix shows it's terrible. Bland acting. Corny choreography. Cliche characters.

I absolutely agree. I just hope Marvel doesn't repeat the same mistakes and adjust these characters to the times we live in today.

Continuity is the only reason I made it passed 7 episodes. The show is pretty bad.

Binge watched the first 4 episode last night/this morning...

Show is pretty fire to me but I'm not a Roger and Ebert ass nikka.. I'm mad as hell these nikkas spent all 4 episodes denying who this nikka was on some disrespectful shyt. bytch drugged that man woulda got my payback see if you like how that feel
