When dealing with multiple personalities none have full control. The primary personality will wake up at some point and they may have a different agenda. Let's look at fight club, Tyler Durden was renting houses, working odd jobs and selling soap long before Ed Norton ever knew he existed but Tyler still needed him on his side. Why, because that Edward Norton personality was able to exert control most of the day. The delusion could only take over at vulnerable points. Mr Robot is the same way, when Tyrell was making threats and Elliot's life was on the line Mr Robot took advantage, but he's not strong enough to take control while Elliott is fighting back.Brehs something that I've been pondering during work today... follow me on this:
Elliot has been trying to not let Mr. Robot have control over him hence the reason why he was wrapped up in that constant boring ass routine trying to break free. But Elliot discovers that Mr. Robot takes control of his body when he goes to sleep. Not only that as we learned from last season Mr. Robot could take over Elliot's body when ever he wants to and proceeded to make Elliot choke himself in that computer lounge to show that he can, plus Mr. Robot took over Eliot's body for THREE WHOLE DAYS without Eliot interfering or remembering anything of it.
So I guess the TRUE question is not if Eliot can break free from Mr. Robot's control... but why does Mr. Robot want Eliot to become the leader of the revolution when he can just take over Eliot's body and lead the revolution himself? Mr.Robot can get shyt done by himself... but he desperately wants Eliot to comply and join him... but why? Is it like on Supernatual where the angels need permission from the humans to take full control of their vessel? (shout out to my Supernatural brehs)

Ahhhh fukk I missed the premier![]()
On another note I'm more curious about Angela more now than I've ever been. Granted her storyline last season and this season has been the weakest... hell she's the least interesting character of this show but I'm starting to think it's because she's supposed to be that way. Angela is low key leveling up and bossin' up and turning into something the opposite that we first saw her as.
Noticing how we are all paying so much attention to virtually everyone else but her. I'm thinking close to the end she may be the key to either Eliot's downfall or success.
She's still not all the way rocking with the Dark Side yet. She still needs to get confidence from self help tapes as opposed to just having it. Price talks about 'Confidence' being a big part of 'the con'.
She has the potential to level up for sure. Her co-workers hate her because she treats them like shyt and they talk about her behind her back. She's on the right track to the top already.
Angela could end up being a physical backdoor for fSociety into Evil Corp.

In the recent S2 EP2, Leon is seen struggling with a basketball player and agruinh for whatever reason, then disappears right after that scene. The real reason he suddenly stopped appearing is that effect of the argument with the other 'prison-mate'. He was punished for his actions and sent to solitary confinement in the prison.
On top of this, the new character that appears when Leon leaves, holding a dog, is most likely a prison guard. Hence the various prisoners moving away from him as he sits down. I hope this theory is correct, and they way they're showing things, it would be constructed beautifully.
Might as well add, Tyrell at the end of the episode is seen on the phone with Elliot, on a prison type phone.
EDIT: To pile all of the things from EP1 and EP2 to confirm this theory: •Leroy is Elliot's Fellow Inmate that gets sent to (Solitary?) •The man's dog could be a search dog, or even a therapy dog. •The street Elliot walks down seems confined, almost claustrophobic. •Elliot's therapist is very urgent, worried about Elliot's prison mental health? Could also be a ploy to comfort himself.. •The men in suits like in the diner is yet to have a clear explanation, guards watching over them maybe? •Elliot's Mom is acting as a guard would: Telling him when to wake up, do work, NEVER gives cares about Elliot. •Gideon visits Elliot in his 'house' sitting across from each other, very prison-like setting. •Tyrell's phone call on a odd phone, prison phone?
Seinfeld reruns play all the time, and if you're in prison you have nothing to do but watch TV. If he never had cable (or a TV) someone Leon's age may never have seen Seinfeld before.
Seinfeld also ended with all the characters in prison.
Phil Collins - Take Me Home
...Collins has stated that the song lyrics refer to a patient in a mental institution,[4][5] and that it is very much based on the novel One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. [3] "Take Me Home" is thus a protest song, with the subject of its protest being the British practice of confining "misfits" to "asylums."
WOOOOOOOOOOOOO
@Nature Boy Ric Flair I'm starting to see the similarities of Mr. Robot and fSociety with you and The Four Horsemen. Last night when fSociety made dude burn all of those millions of dollars its similar to how The Horsemen use to spend millions at the strip club and the casinos every night after beating down Dusty Rhodes & Magnum T.A. on a nightly basic... and the comparison of the drug usage speaks for itself.

Mr. Robot is really the most dirtiest player in the game?! Eliot is Arn Anderson, Darlene is Tully Blanchard and Tyrell is Ole AndersonHulk Hogan is Gideon... which is why Robot ordered the hit on him
We coming fa you nikka!![]()
