is it possible that all that weight lifting could affect Jons cardio? We know DC can take a punch and he can also handle himself well when it comes to grappling so there's a strong chance the fight is going 5 rounds. Do you guys think it's possible for Cormier to wear Jones down and win in the 4th or 5th round?

Possible but not likely. @The ADD

Nope, Jones is in his physical prime and the type of output it would require from Cormier to wear out Jones just isnt sustainable for 5 rounds.

So does your bro have to be in a big gym to get the looked at from the big MMA companies or how does it all work since he's an amateur? And what is his game plan if he has one to get himself in the spotlight?
I'm not sure exactly but I know he has some type of plan for moving forward. I know he said he can decide to go pro once he feels ready, but he wants a few more fights first because once you go pro, that's it. You don't get to go back to fighting amateur, and he doesn't want to end up like his teammate who rushed to turn pro and got obliterated.

Right now he's just trying to get more experience and then see what happens. He actually talks to Garbrandt every once in a while so he is gonna see if he can get an invite to train with him out in Cali (Team Alpha Dog I think?). I should definitely get more insight into what he's planning but this is still new to me too.

My bad, I meant Team Alpha Male. That's embarrassing as fukk :heh:

I need to step my knowledge up if I'm going to be in here bragging about my brother hahaha

You should honestly think of becoming his manager breh. Keep the money in the family. Alpha Male is a good camp depending on the weight your bro is if he's a bigger guy look at AKA that's in the bay too.

Jon Jones hour long interview

Speaks on everything for the first time.

Seeing this makes me hate that Ariel hewani is the only serious journo in mma. Dude hasn't really evolved since he started with aol, would've thought with 4-5 years under his belt he and his production would be more polished. Imagine how dope this would have been with an Ahmad rashad or a Jim gray. Jon's was pretty forthcoming though, the first 5 mins with the kids was kind of cringey foreal. Can't believe he still hasn't got use to speaking in front of an audience

That would be awesome but I don't know the first thing about being a manager. I might have to check into that though. He's a lightweight (125) and I don't think he will get any bigger.
Team Alpha Dog :laff::laff:. Nothing but respect for you @Gus Money but that 3was some good comedy
:heh: I can't believe I wrote that shyt. I was trying to be all casual too by adding the "I think" in there. Haha

Yeah alpha male works then. 125 is Demetrious Johnson weight class if he joins the UFC :lupe: you should really look into it breh it's an emerging sport and you can make an impact early if you bro has some good prospects with him

I got the exact opposite but I've been back and forth on all three fights the whole time. Jacare is my favorite middleweight so I'm riding with him definitely and I could be biased picking Rockhold because I wanna see that rematch so badly.
I'm a big Jacare fan too, but Romero just looked ridiculous against Machida. I can't bet against that guy. Who you got in the Nelson vs Maia fight?
