Breh. This reebok deal is bogus. I mean straight bogus. No input from fighters. Fighters not allowed to wear sponsors that they worked their way up to earn. They are punishing guys for even speaking on it. Not criticizing it speaking on it. What happened to stich, one of the most respected men not only in MMA but fighting period, is disgraceful. And they have been around long enough to pay headliners on TV more then 12k. Sorry. This is why unions are important. If you don't mind me asking, how old are you? What do you do? Living situation? Because you sound like someone who hasn't experienced hardships or realities.
I don't hear Peyton Manning or Tom Brady asking for input on their uniforms. And the NBA and Lebron, before it was Kobe's league, before then AI before then Jordan. These stars come and go the NBA maintains, the NHL, NFL maintains.
The funny part is Duffee got 12k in fighter pay, who knows how much more in behind scenes bonus and pay, and what did he do fight for less than 5mins. Over 12k for less than 5mins of work in the ring and he's poorly paid. Come on now, u guys are all suckers for these fighters believing their ish.

you are nuts if you think they don't have input on things like that. You know why? They have a union! And neither one of these leagues have suffered. You act like fighters will start laying on each other like Fitch if they get paid a little bit more. Straight sweatshop mentality. And I know duffee made more then 12k. Whoopee he made probably 18k with a massive 2k payout from Reebok. That's still pathetic. They should at least have a base salary of 40k every fighterBlackSuperman

I really think 70% of these fighters would rarely fight, maybe once a year if we're lucky if they were overly paid. A la Nick Diaz he complains hes broke, comes back fights a mega fight gets paid and vanishes again for a year. Rampage got paid doing movies stopped fighting, no more movies no more money now hes back again. GSP sd he loves fighting and martial arts, blew up got champ got paid hes done now, no more love for it.
What I dont really understand is how you guys can argue this, this is like any other business, you start in the company in the bottom making low wage, then move up in the company money gets slightly better, then when u top of your game you make big bucks and then your done, retirement. I can't imagine a kid in McDonalds arguing that they dont like their uniforms and think they underpaid.
If these fighters truly wanna argue about their fighter pay and sponsors, how about they disclose their full ppv buy pay outs and their behind scenes bonus', lets see your sponsor cheques and how much your making off the gyms you rep for. Then lets talk numbers.
