Dehydration makes your muscles more susceptible to pulls/tears for one. Also cutting takes its toll on your brain and organs if not done correctly.how does cutting weight give you injuries breh?
Sure fighters should fight closer to their natural weight than dramatic cuts but it really depends on what they are cutting. we know for a fact DC has a huge cut to make every time he fights at 205 he hasn't any recent injury problems besides his knee. Which I do not think is cutting related.
