:dwillhuh: how does cutting weight give you injuries breh?

Sure fighters should fight closer to their natural weight than dramatic cuts but it really depends on what they are cutting. :manny: we know for a fact DC has a huge cut to make every time he fights at 205 he hasn't any recent injury problems besides his knee. Which I do not think is cutting related. :manny:

Ima take a quote outta Conor on this one. "Work smarter not harder"
Dehydration makes your muscles more susceptible to pulls/tears for one. Also cutting takes its toll on your brain and organs if not done correctly.

Bader getting fukked over and the LHW division is fukked, lol. With that being said, I have DC and Weidman. And I'd prefer to see DC/Gus over DC/Bader:sas1:

Rockhold gets Weidman next over Jacare

Gus is being looked at as first for DC

Bader likely to fight Evans in September

I actually have DC beating gus :lupe: idk if gus can stay on the outside long enough.

Bader vs Evans is fair. I really wanna see what kinda strength and conditioning regimen Rashad is on because I think he has the best shot to take out DC. @krackdagawd

If this is all on the possible ny card with Conor? :wow:

I've only seen him spar, I haven't seen any of his workouts but he was rotating sparring partners because he was fukking them up :russ:

If you don't think a 250lb man dropping weight drastically to 205 in a matter of days and sometimes hours doesn't have an affect on his knees which has to support this weight, then you really are naive to weight and fight training.

Most fighters will tell you training and cutting weight is physically more demanding than most of the fights as it's multiple times a day they are working out, cutting back on certain foods, the daily drain. The fight is just 3 sometimes 5 rounds of hell and then done.

Back in the days hours before the fight you would find a Tank Abbott at the bar having a beer, go in ring fight and 1 hour later is back sitting at a bar stool.

Gus shouldn't be getting the shot but

Cormier vs Gus is more appealing than a Bader fight. I'm sticking to my guns and saying Rockhold dethrones Weidman. With DC and Cain in his camp he'll be prepared for the wrestling, only thing is Weidman hasn't shown his BJJ in his last couple fights. He could definitely end up submitting Luke.
