Both Conor and Nick have gotten a smooth ride to the title. Nick did get tested, but he lost. Then the UFC gave him a title shot over a very deserving challenger [at the time] in Hendricks .

I remember reading somewhere that a PPV card cannot (or is very difficult) to be transferred to TV. I think it's something along the lines of the cable companies (who get 50% of the PPV revenue) not allowing it to happen.
