2 things, conor pulls this shyt when the crowd is in his favor

-The run up in boston
-the belt snatching in dublin
Why not try to try these things in brazil since you can go in the trap in brazil :sas2:

Imagine if the Diaz brothers pulled this shyt conor has pulled lately.. Dana would not be calling them the 'hispanics Ali"
:dahell: Dana is the biggest Diaz enabler there is :heh:. Is it the coddling to the failed media commitments, the title shot already mentioned or his comments when the Diaz had that brawl live on cbs

Brazilians don't really talk trash like that.

It'd be out of character for him.

Contrarily, UK nikkas love talking shyt. That's really a no contest.
Yeah I agree. Aldo is the type to just smile and then switch on killmode when he steps in the ring. I lived in the UK for nine years, I know damn well they talk mad shyt :pachaha:
Alotta them brehs are just talk tho:patrice:

Just rewatched Aldo vs Edgar :mjlol:

So I'm wondering what exactly do the Connor fans think he's gonna do to Aldo? Catch him with a heavy punch and get a KO? or just straight up outbox him and get the decision?

With Connor posing absolutely zero threat of a take down. I find both those scenarios unlikely

Speaking of which, Aldo has pretty underrated takedowns himself. In fact, it'd be interesting if he mixed it up.

His wrestling and ability to sprawl is crazy underrated. Connor saying Aldo has only faced "flat footed wrestlers" is a bag of lies. Connors the one that has only faced flat footed fighters

He has the size and striking advantage. Hes a southpaw which is a change from the typical orthodox wrestlers. His stance could give Aldo trouble, esp with his leg kicks. And his left straight/uppercut is sneakily powerful. I mean a guy like Poirer has been in there with guys like Swanson and Brandao but Connor had him rocked with one hook. That being said, I think Aldo takes an easy decision

striking advantage due to what exactly? Size? Speed? Reach? Technique? I can see the reach and power argument

His boxing is the best in the UFC besides the Diaz and Gus. The way hes able to feint and land combos in the pocket is good. As long as he doesn't throw those silly spinning kicks he can give Aldo trouble.

Connor touching him thing is the only part I can see REALLY bothering Aldo. Those brehs don't take kindly at all to being touched if they don't know you.

I hope Mcgregor knows what hes doing. He has good reach but he stands so wide and I remember Uriah Faber being basically carried from the cage after his legs got tenderized and Aldo actually liked him.
