What's with cali nikkas moving to east tn?

I'm from Knox, went to school in Chatt, and met more than a dozen brehs from Cali. Honestly, you would hate it (unless maybe you're on the family tip). Less cosmopolitan than the west coast by miles and the black population is much smaller and poorer compared to surrounding metro areas (atl nashville memphis). If you've never been to the southeast before it'll probably be a culture shock (from what my cali folks have told me) as well.

Honestly, I would tell you to go to Atlanta if you can deal with the traffic (which west coast brehs are used to).

I went to UT and it was so odd when I found out about black people being FROM Knoxville I was like

I lived all over, had a place by Overton square in 2008 my people all over. From the suburbs of Germantown to Hyde park Things have changed a little bit but still same old Memphis. I live in Scottsdale now but planning on moving back to the south soon either Gwinett ga or NC.


Didn't know there were so many Memphis brehs on the coli moms live out here so y'all chill with the crime. I'm here for the holidays, put me on the new spots. Beale still the move on the weekends ?

Sorry My roommate was from Knox was cool. Definitely a more family friendly city

Beale has gotten more white oriented tbh. They're trying to clean it up. But I'm 22, ain't too much to do on Beale for my age group anyway. Getting drunk at the bars seems like something for the older crowd

That's what I'm trying to figure out lol. I see attractive women everywhere I go whether it's the bank, mall, sports bar, restaurants, U of M campus,LeMoyne Owen campus, trade schools or even wall Mart . Finding beautiful black women in memphis is not difficult. Even though a good percentage of them leave the city at a early age for nearby southern cities that have better night life or, opportunities such as Houston and, Atlanta , you should still be able to find them ANYWHERE in the city.
