Which scene? In episode 1 she's still alive after he wrecks the kitchen, and leaves him:

It was in episode 2 when they were in his mind at the part where the kitchen incident happened. I will have to watch to clarify but I am pretty sure it's implied, the scene you posted above is what David interpreted happened. Ptonomy has already stated that David is masking and skipping over various memories and he can't do anything about it because David is just that strong. The scene with David and the therapist David skips a part of it. The therapist face was later bloody, my theory on this is that David either killed the therapist as one of his personas or he witnessed something he wants to block out but I am going with he killed the therapist.

I'm calling it now though, Division 3 killed his therapist. During the scene when he's bloody they show somebody grabbing all of Legion's files from the office. They did the same thing at the mental hospital, they erased all proof him and Syd were ever there.

If I remember from the comics correctly, she is one of Davids main personalities.

I wouldn't focus too much on comic personalities yet, Kerry (the Asian/Indian chick) is (presumably) pyrokinetic but she's obviously real. In the comics Cyndi was pyrokinetic.

Any legit name been mentioned yet? Is Gabrielle Haller even in this?
They showed his mom but never said her name.
Before the show started they already said there's not going to be much X-Men or comic stuff in season 1. But this is the same universe as X-Men, and the same company (Fox) as all those movies, so they can name drop or use characters whenever they want. They're choosing not to this early so the show stands on it's own.

hows the show? watched the 1st episode and wasn't really sold on it
2nd episode explains pretty much everything confusing about the 1st episode. A few things still aren't known but I'm assuming they'll be season long mysterious like "Mr. Robot" or "Westworld". But this definitely isn't a show you can judge off the first ep.
