I read that Fox needed MCU blessing in order to get a TV show- talk was FOX had to give up something (maybe the Fantastic 4 franchise or some lease deal like Sony did with Spiderman)

I heard they got Legion and Hellfire Club back to Marvel but that's to small of a deal for them to give the okay to do a show
