I understand that...we are better than last year but I'm thinking about his youth, the potential dude had. What this team gonna look like after this season? 
Just having him & maybe even trading him later like in year 2 of the deal still could have benefited the Knicks. Plus none of those PG's can get in the paint and dish when the team collapses on them. They too slow...Lin was blowing by Felton last year...We old breh with no picks.
Melo your only hope now is to land some type of SG that can ball but the pickings are real slim out there now.
