On 2nd thought.......I can't eat 4 eggs a day :sadcam:

Would it hurt if I only ate 2 a day?

I mean I CAN eat 4 if it's required, just wondering...

You can't eat four eggs but you are trying to lose weight lol? Not required but thats just how many I ate.

I ate 4 this morning with cheese, 4 slices of turkey bacon

Like I said, it can be done but...my stomach is giving me the :birdman: right now

Would this diet be good for a skinny-ish cat that just wants to lose bf and gain muscle?

I'm not really trying to lose weight (I'm only 150ish), just want to cut my body fat % a little (I'm don't have much muscle tone) and gain some muscle.

You good then, I just love eggs though. I can smash a 6 egg omelet easily. Make sure to keep that fat intake up though, scramble your eggs in real butter.

Nope, I have seen some people try to bulk/gain muscle on this diet and it was :ehh: at best. Eating like this doesn't really make for a anabolic environment so gaining muscle is hard. Initially though just from working out and with all the fat and protein intake with the diet you may find yourself actually getting the protein you require and gain some muscle while losing fat but that won't be prolonged. To me this is a pure cutting diet so if I were you I would just clean up my eating, get a solid weight lifting template like starting strength, and throw in some HIIT cardio.

Right now i'm 234 at 6'2 :to:

Anytime I lose weight, I will log it. I'm trying to get down to 200 and then start bulking so basically this summer is a wrap but I still have hoes choosing and I have a ole lady so i'm good.

Creatine on Keto worth it? Will it be effective if I mix it with water? I usually mixed it with some sort of juice, but since you cant have juice on keto idk if its worth it, or is that hustlin backwards?

I'm 230 and i'm never hungry... I haven't been able to even workout, work is kicking my ass but the scale is moving in the right direction.

shyt, I lay down some lettuce tomato onion and pickles. Then the patties with cheddar cheese and sautéed mushrooms. Then depending on what I feel like, top it off with some salsa, steak sauce or regular old mustard and ketchup and :eat: like it's a fukking steak. If you make good burgers then you get used to the no bum shyt quick as hell.

that juice shyt is BS. creatine is fine on keto.
