Giving up bread, rice, ans pasta was hard but its not that bad.
Breakfast
Scrambled eggs w/ salmon
Uncured Turkey Bacon
Lettuce wrap
Dinner
Turkey chili
Bacon and brussells sprout
Not a lunch person
weed helps me avoid crashing

I'm on this wave right now, pretty much OMAD for me. I have done both, but never keto+if for any length of time. Dropped about 10 lbs, much of it water but I'm sticking with it for a min of 3 months. Took a diet break in October and cutting carbs completely works for me rather than me trying to keep them in check especially after me enjoying the holidays.Back on the golden combo of IF and Keto

I def understand that. I can get by fasted based on my volume or I can use a few tbl spoons of natural PB to get by.Yeah I do OMAD all days part from leg day, ive experimented on myself and for me I dont have good leg sessions fasted, I know you can work on your energy from your fat stores but for me I work out better having broken my fast before leg workout
